EAST ASIA MINERALS ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF SHARES FOR DEBT TRANSACTION

Further to the news release dated Jan. 21, 2020, East Asia Minerals Corp. has issued 6,792,473 common shares at a deemed price of five cents per share for an aggregate value of $339,623.66 with the applicable hold period expiry date as Sept. 29, 2020.
